    First of all, this is Trump talking and nothing is going to come of it.

    Secondly, California has tighter restrictions for a reason and I won't live there for that reason. Although I haven't gotten a ticket with my deleted diesel yet.

    And lastly, what happened to states rights? They can't be more stringent than feds now?
