Through two games, an Oregon player leads the Pac-12 in tackles for loss. No, it's not a senior tackling machine Troy Dye or veteran defensive end Austin Faoliu or Drayton Carlberg. It's a true freshman, and it's not Kayvon Thibodeaux, who arrived on campus as the highest-rated recruit in program-history either.

In his two games of collegiate action, freshman outside linebacker Mase Funa has already brought four players down behind the line of scrimmage. No player in the Pac-12 has more than 3.5, and only seven players nationally have more than Funa's four.
