Been adjusting keg of Acacia blossom traditional mead (just honey and water) and now am sampling fairly heavily. 17%; I won't be up long at this rate.
The avatar turned 10 today, got some birthday bacon and is currently doing her "Draw me like one of your French girls, Jack!" pose.

Starting it off with a Skookum Brewing imperial stout aged in whiskey barrels. If you've never been, their hazy IPA's are top shelf.
