Who gives a fuck about which conference is the best?
If you care that much, take UW, SC, UCLA, Oregon, ASU, Stanford, and Cal and form a new conference. Dump the rest of the poor loser schools into a new division in the mountain west like we all know they really belong with anyways.
You get 1 non con, must be power 5 (not the losers you just separated from). Everyone plays each other twice in conference. 1 vs 2 in Vegas at the end of the year. -

I think that if Clemson and UW played a home and home five times this season, UW would probably take three games.
If they played each other once, with Clemson having just that game to get up for with Pac 12 deck as the rest of their schedule, they'd win rather easily.
I should edit those two statements. I think paragraph one might happen. I know paragraph two would.
Nobody else in the conference would give them a game unless someone like ASU or Utah surprised them.
