Is the cop going to be charged with a crime?

They do have temperature alarms in K9 cars. The car is left running if the dog is alone in it. It's possible the car shut off due a mechanical problem and the temperature alarm malfunctioned.
Possible it was something else as well. Have to wait and see. Those dogs live with the officers and they are very attached to each other. -

Maybe the cop was busy checking on the elderly. Ever think of that?
