    You don't get to shoot someone just because they pushed you to the ground. That being said the video is absolute bullshit reporting. The Zimmerman case had nothing to do with the stand your ground law and it was never used as an argument during the trial. They pulled that claim from the same location Hondo gets most of his information.

    His pulling of the gun was legitimate the guy does smash him to the ground and then moves toward him but as soon as he pulls his weapon the guy moves back and that's when he shoots him.

    That being said, who appointed this asswhole the hall monitor for the handicap spaces? Yeah it sucks when people park in them but it's not his job to call people out for doing so. Reminds me of the guy who was calling out the black female state Rep. for having too many items in the Express lane. Dude, is it really worth it?

    Pretty bad decision. It was easier to convict with six jurors. IMO Beyond a shadow of a doubt doesn’t seem to apply.
