We spend more on the military than we do on public education in this country. Tax the rich, give tax breaks to working class people, and spend tax revenue where it is needed by investing in the next generation and their education. A more educated work force equals a better economy. Those are liberal policies. How many of you dumb motherfuckers been voting against your own self interests by voting Republican? The only reason a budget deficit exists is because Republicans massively cut taxes on the rich because they were bribed to do so.

More bullshit. Just looking at spending on K-12 education the US spends over $620 Billion a year on education. That doesn't even take into account what's spent on colleges and Universities.

Defense spending in 2018 was $622 Billion about 15% of the budget.

Entitlement programs now make up over 60% of the Federal budget.
