A 9-year-old girl was killed Wednesday evening when someone fired into an apartment in Old East Dallas in a gang-related shooting, police say.
Firing blindly into an occupied apartment building. Sounds kind of like terrorism to me.
Good thing gang violence doesn't target innocent civilians.
No angle to blame Trump in this one so this will get no coverage, might be useful for calling for more gun control.
