Apparently usc not willing to pay 1 million dollar buyout for Wilcox but willing to pay 400k for tosh buyout, I say you give tosh a raise

I'd give a raise to keep Tosh. He's a big time recruiter.

he's not a great coach, but i agree we'd have a bit of a recruiting hole if he left.
