There is no privilege that exists that covers the right not to answer embarrassing questions. How the fuck was this doddering old fool allowed to testify under the circumstances that he could dodge any question he didn't want to answer? There's no on going investigation that covers his refusal to answer these questions and he certainly was precluded from answering any questions about what his non concluded investigation did to look into the origins of the sham.
