This in and of itself is not a big deal. At the very least I think most people think it’s at least interesting. Making light of the larger picture of a growing supplicant society and ultimately, possible problems of adopting a pusillanimous culture might be seen by the nefarious as a weakness to be exploited to our detriment.

I don’t have to use a thesaurus, even at my age. The fact that that’s all you can think of tells more about you than about me. I didn’t attend the k-12 government propaganda schools. I had the privilege of being educated by the Holy Names Nuns who founded St. academy and the former Marylhurst College and the Jesuits.

We have good genes. My daughter and my niece are PhD tenured College professors that have written several books and my Uncle was a professor at University of Oregon for over 35 yrs.. A good vocabulary is essential and expected in our extended family. Not bragging just addressing your insult.

One would expect someone that was above the 2nd SD to have a decent vocabulary.

I spent one year in public school when we moved to San Francisco for my senior year at Washington HS, yes THAT, Washington HS where they are destroying the painting of George. I was shocked at the level of teaching and curriculum. Some of the books I had read in Grade School, these kids were reading in English class.
