The fact that 99% of the NEA’s political donations go to Rats is just a coincidence -
If you ever met some of the idiots that are actually writing these amendments, you would be shocked. Some of the early work is so misspelled and filled with grammatical errors you would think a 3rd grader wrote it. So many legislative aide jobs are given as favors to donors or power brokers from their home state and they aren't qualified to grade a 6th grade paper let alone write amendments but they do. What is really embarrassing is when the legislator is too lazy to even read the write ups and it gets to the floor only to be rejected due to the writing of it.
