I'm not a fan of the texture of the jersey, but the purple is excellent. The shoulder stripping while not my favorite but is an improvement over the Nike black shoulders and may grow on me.

What I am hearing is that the uw fans are happy that the uw athletic department finally decided on uniform colors that their fans like. The apparel companies do show some new design and logo options, and input could come from players, coaches, and administration, but its the athletic department that has the final say in all matters.

That said this duck fan likes them as well. But I still want a better purple.
