Another statement by Harris that will hurt her in a general election...

Her statement about how anyone who has a job should make enough to be able to pay for a roof over their head and put food on the table:

“How are you measuring the greatness of this economy of yours?” And they point to the jobless numbers and the unemployment numbers. Well, yeah, people in America are working. They’re working two and three jobs. So when we talk about jobs, let’s be really clear, in our America, no one should have to work more than one job to have a roof over their head and food on the table.

What if their job is making something no one wants to buy? Then what? Huh?

Or what if there job is flipping burgers? Should you really expect to be able to have a roof over your head and food on your table if the job you have provides little value? Should an entry level job pay you a living wage? How do you structure an economy to do this? And how do you square this belief with your desire to continue the influx of illiterate dirt farmers into this country. You don't speak the language, you have no job skills yet you still should make enough money to live in San Francisco or Los Angeles?
