Terrible for that girl to be downed for 44 minutes against 1 guy. I don't care how many guns he had he can't shoot them all at the same time.

Hard to not think the Stephon Clark situation last year and anti police resentment nationally leads to more passive law enforcement and tactics.

Can't pass judgement without facts. Police are going downhill as a profession. The constant derogatory treatment by politicians and the public didn't lead to happy healthy employees.
