Slim pickings here in the 10th inning, but still some elite albums in the mix no doubt. I plan to continue the series until the 12th.

I'm glad Rust Never Sleeps is coming up against Let it be rather than Abbey Road.

Yes, I'd take Rust over Let it Be. But that round it going to be tough. There are some big albums about to hit the mix.

White Album is probably my third most favorite Beatles record and hard to vote against. I’m also of the school of thought that if they could have trimmed it down to a single LP it could have been their best album.

I'm of the opinion that if anybody but the Beatles put out the White Album people would have thought it was absolute shit

Yeah, it’s definitely full of shitty songs that no one ended up liking.

While My Guitar Gently Weeps is the best song on any of the albums in this round.

Good Vibrations was intended to be on the aborted Smile album.

Going to stick with Pink Floyd. 20-30 years ago I would have gone with the White Album but I’m burnt out on them.

    Watched this the other day.

Great stuff. How all rock albums should be made.

    Aerosmith - Pump

For the sake of you old farts getting out of the 70's. Yes, Aerosmith is also an old fart band, but at least this one was from the 90's and on CD.

Exile is simply THE BEST ALBUM, 10th or otherwise. Beethoven put out some shit that comes close, but this is THE best album ever put out by anybody. PERIOD ... Not EVEN open for discussion. Only discussion is about what is #2.

I first bought Exile as a freshman at UW at Tower Records on the Ave in the U District. It was the moment that I realized I had way better taste in music than my peers.
