So you're either too stupid to read the covenants when you buy the house or you don't care.
Which is it Scott?
City duck once told us that restrictive covenants in Pasadena in the 40's were holding Blacks down today.
They can be removed as a condition of the sale
Removing covenants can be time consuming and expensive. Do you think many people are going to risk losing out on the purchase of a home over obscure decades old covenants which can't be enforced anyway?
I certainly would
But I'm not a racist
Good luck - before they changed the law in Oregon last year that meant contacting everyone in the neighborhood with the same covenant and getting a court judgement. Most people just move on since it hasn't been enforceable since 1948.
Don't blame me. You support a party that has race baited every issue imaginable for 40 years
Trump's dad being one glaring exhibit.
If you bought a whites only house in the 80's you're a racist by your own parties definition. If it were Trump? Be honest Scott, it would be headline news
The fact that Breitbart is bringing this up not all the woke democrat candidates speaks volumes. One could think that the democrats are less than sincere in their race baiting
If there is a time limit why are we tearing down statues from 150 years ago?
published 33 years ago....by current events you mean articles published 33 years ago....got it! Articles from 33 years ago probably don't help you're right.
They don't hurt either.
So I guess it won’t matter to Blacks WHAT LYIN’ JOE SAID 46 years ago.
Book: Joe Biden in 1973 Lectured Cleveland on What Is ‘Good for the Negro’
“Former Vice President Joe Biden lectured the City Club in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1973 about what he thought was “good for the Negro,” according to a new book from a prominent left-wing journalist.
The racially insensitive comments from Biden, a white man from Delaware who was at the time newly elected to the U.S. Senate, resurfaced, thanks to a new book from leftist journalist Ryan Grim of the Intercept. The book, We’ve Got People: From Jesse Jackson to AOC, the End of Big Money and the Rise of a Movement, has already landed a few other major blows, including on former President Barack Obama, regarding his “don’t ask, don’t tell” repeal legacy, but this revelation about Biden’s torrid history with race–as told from the left–is particularly damning for the current Democrat 2020 presidential primary front runner.”
It might - but this Jet article from 33 years ago about a home Biden's dad purchased 50 years ago certainly won't.
I'd try and change the subject if I were you as well.
Not changing the subject at all Mr. Republican. I’m just showing your complete lack of ability in today’s political environment, to grasp the big picture and link certain truths and events.
I guess your contention is that things that happened years ago are irrelevant in today’s politics. If that is your contention it is laughable.

Of course that's not my contention but I fully realize why you are going there. A Jet article from 33 years ago is not "current events"...hth.
What is your contention in your own words Mr. Republican.
The fact that this was republished and is known to Blacks that weren’t even born or were children makes it current event as it relates to Biden’s attempt to expand his Black vote.
You just don’t change hypocrite. As a Republican you never found anything wrong with goofy charges by Dems from years ago. But now it’s outrageous to bring up things about Lyin’ Joe Biden.
You claim to be a Republican but denigrate Conservatives while supporting the Bob Corkers, Jeff Flakes, Justin Amashs, Lisa Murkowskis of this world and voted for Obama twice. Interesting political Vitae Mr. Republican.
No I am not changing subjects. I am trying to edify HH board members where you are coming from.
Scott is also my shadow he was attacking me on Educk, The Woodshed and now here. He even is the grammar police with people he perceives as enemies.
Not a big deal I am use to it, just imparting information.

Oh what a tangled web we weave
