Robert Mueller's public declaration was "orchestrated" by House Democrats and the Republican-led Senate must call him to testify, Mark Levin argued on "Hannity" Wednesday night.
Responding to the former special counsel's first public comments since launching the Russia investigation, Levin blasted Mueller for providing Democrats with "propaganda" that can be used against President Trump.
"I think this whole thing was orchestrated. I think he didn't want to testify. I think [House Judiciary Chairman Jerry] Nadler said give us the information we want in terms of propaganda. He gives the propaganda. He said I'm not going to answer the press and I'm not going to talk to Congress," said the host of Fox News Channel's "Life, Liberty & Levin."
"The answer is there were no crimes, he had no case, there was no probable cause, and by Mueller writing Volume II and giving his little spiel today, he was very feeble. ... This is not a man who would do well under seven, eight, nine hours of questioning, with the Republicans honing in on so many issues," said Levin.
He went on to say that Democrats are "thrilled" with Mueller, calling specifically on Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., to call Mueller to testify.
"You ask him the questions ... you ask for documents, you ask for emails, you give Mueller the Trump treatment and let's see how that ends."

Btw, Nadler correctly understood Mueller to be saying Daddy committed crimes, but it's Congress' job to hold him accountable. So did Graham. I don't really expect this will happen.

Following extraordinarily rare public remarks Wednesday by special counsel Robert Mueller, where he appeared to close the door on any possibility of him testifying to Congress, a top House Democrat backed down on previous threats to compel Mueller’s appearance with a subpoena.
House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler did not explicitly rule out the option of issuing a subpoena, but the Democrat’s remarks to reporters in his New York district contrasted prior vows made earlier this month to subpoena Mueller and that the special counsel “will come at some point.”
Instead, Nadler shied away from that position, just hours after the special counsel stated, “the report is my testimony.”
“Mr. Mueller told us a lot of what we need to hear today,” the chairman said when prompted whether he would subpoena Mueller.

As for why Mueller would want to testify in private, Nadler speculated that the special counsel "doesn't want to be public in what some people will regard as a political spectacle."
"He envisions himself, correctly, as a man of great rectitude and apolitical and he doesn't want to participate in anything that he might regard as a political spectacle, especially if the Republicans on the committee start asking him questions about the beginning of the ... investigation," Nadler said.

I am sure the coincidence passed you by HHuskey otherwise you would be right there with Nadler 2 weeks ago threatening to subpoena Mueller right?
Trump has the AG and the IG and Barr has his guy on it. Will we? be disappointed again by the DC elite? Probably but the reporting is already out there for those who have ears to hear.
There is a lot more evidence about the malfeasance of the investigation than there is of collusion and obstruction. The "right wing" media has been reporting on it for over a year now.
Which is why Nadler doesn't want Mueller anywhere near it
Comey and Brennen need to be put under oath as well.
