BOOGIE! can be a dick but he hasn't done that with Golden State. He knows good behavior/rehabbed image is worth tens of millions of dollars going forward on a new contract - wherever that may be.

Dude is a 4 time all-star. He's averaged 20 and 10 for his career. He was averaging 16 and 8 coming off the Achilles injury. Boogie will get at least $8Million per.
4 years x $8 Million = tens of millions.

He's a 20 and 10 guy. He's 6'11", can shoot the three and board. He's gonna get paid tens of millions. Hell, he got paid $5.3 Million to essentially play 1/3 of the season for the Warriors.
You guys make it sound like his only path back is through Europe or the G-League.
He will get another one year deal probably for about the same amount.
Orlando, Atlanta, Brooklyn, etc will give him a 2-3 year deal at the same rate Portland gave Hammer.

The only thing that made it better was all those arrogant Canadians showing their true hockey background by loudly mocking Durants injury and knowing the incoming tsunami of butthurt that will flow from everyone else trying to claim the moral high ground about how gross it is for fans to cheer an injury.
Champs look good right now. Hitting everything. Toronto looks a little tired. They both probably have 2 runs left in them. Toronto’s first run best be now.
The KD Achilles does a couple really chinteresting things:
1. Takes the looming "will he or won't he return" question off the table, which might be good for the Warriors in this series (as opposed to if he hadn't played tonight). They know who they have now. KD ain't saving them.
2. Pretty much guarantees KD takes that player option next year to get paid 30some mil while he rehabs, which will screw the Warriors cap immensely.
2a. It might cost them Klay.
2b. It almost certainly means somebody else is winning the west next year. My money is on Denver but it's pretty damn wide open. Wouldn't be shocked to see San Antonio sneak their way back to the top.
2c. Massively changes the free agency season. Can't see Kyrie going to NY without KD.
I would say tonight was worst for the Knicks and then the Warriors.
Oh and I just don't think the Warriors have enough gas to pull this thing off. They are exhausted and so so thin. I can't see them getting swept at Oracle so I will give them game 6. Raptors in 7 looks pretty good unless Toronto just flat can't handle the pressure of game 7.
