Appleton Estate Signature Blend. DDY says the original mai tai is Jamaican rum which has a lot more banana and butter notes than other rums. Great value at $37 for a 1.75 liter.

I will try the above but gotta get some mor ingredients. .

I’ve been using a Curacao from Woodinville. Figure since our best poly of all tim came from Woodinville it can’t be half bad.
