Yet it’s appeared to be a two-team race between nearby Utah and Washington for several months. Fano did get a chance to visit the Utes for the program's junior day event just prior to the recruiting lock down, so if he does opt to sign during the Early Period in December, coach Kyle Whittingham and his staff would have to like their chances to reel in another top in-state prospect.

The Huskies have a connection with Fano's cousin, receiver Puka Nacua, on the team, but based on what we've heard, could be on the outside looking in right now unless Fano makes it up to Seattle on his own soon.

Is Puka's brother still at Utah? Kinda evens out if he is.

He will end up somewhere else after his mission. Not a big deal.

Are missions still going to be a thing? Didn’t a few

Puka's brother is only 35, so he's probably still on the team.
Aren’t the Sewell’s related to Puka as well? Or is just that entire state related to each other?
