Browning: shooting in the dark

Through numerous interviews of late Browning has said he had been searching for answers to improve arm strength. That no one was providing a path to a stronger arm that he was shooting in the dark. It wasn't until he went down to California to work with 3DQB. They figured out he wasn't correctly using his lower body with his throwing mechanics. He was able to improve his throwing velocity to 54 mph which matched the Jones & Lock. (Haskins 52mph) Let's see the velocity with Frank Clark barrelling down on him.

This raises so many questions. What was the UW coaching staff doing to help? They couldn't identify his poor mechanics? Do they need a QB specialist? Why didn't he seek out this help earlier in his career? I thought Socha was elite for strentgh training? Browning also claims to be workout warrior? That is really hard to believe.

Rumor has it that "training table" is essentially cafeteria food. You have a coaching staff and the AD combining for 7 million in pay but you are feeding these guys slop? Guys decide senior year they are going to stop eating Taco Bell? But the alternative is hall food? At least there is coconut water?

Obviously there are tweaks and throwing mechanisms you can adjust, but I always thought arm strength was like pitching speed in baseball. You generally have it or you don't, no?

Yes, but Browning's camp is essentially saying he was never taught how to throw the ball correctly so his true velocity was never seen.

Like spinning it to the Mariners it wasn't his fault for pitching underhand rec league softball style for the Raineers in a desperate plea for a call up.

Something changed. His ball velocity matched Jones & Lock at the combine. (54mph)

The training table food is slop but somehow the rowing team continues to crank out team national titles and V8 near misses.

Vorel needs to earn some street cred and ask peterman if the issue was that the qb was never given proper training or if he brushed it aside.

He won’t, peterman would never give a truthful answer.

Either we’re looking bad or shitsocks is looking bad and right now shitsocks is making dickman and bush look bad.
