I'm just glad labor participation rates don't matter anymore.
Yeah...only the fact that the labor participation rates are up from a 40 year low in 2015.
    Thanks Obama!

CNN stunned this could happen with a government shut down

Funny you should mention that. A significant part of the rise was a big increase in state and local spending, which itself was caused in large part by the federal government shutdown.

Tax cuts do nothing to help an economy. I hear Food Stamps and Unemployment benefits are the best ways to get an economy roaring.

"Economists agree that unemployment benefits remain one of the best ways to grow the economy in a very immediate way," House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (R-Calif.) said at a news conference on Thursday.

Overall enrollment in the country’s food stamp program has dropped to its lowest level in more than eight years as the economy continues to improve and the Trump administration attempts to tackle fraud in the program.

    Nancy Pelosi is a Republican?
    APAG confirms.
I wouldn’t say that. But I guarantee you she thinks Bernie cost Hillary.

Sad that 3.2% gets all excited in 'Merica now. Will we ever get over 4% for year ever again?

You would of had a year of 4% growth if Trump or Reagan were in office in 2009. Obama's policies guaranteed weak growth.

The numbers are actually pretty amazing adjusted for demographics. We really are below what was considered "normal" structural unemployment in working age adults.
