Vanilla update on the Answer Crisis of '19

Hey Derek, 

It looks like there is currently a problem with new discussions all being posted as 'Questions.' You can stop it by disabling the Q&A addon in your dashboard.

I have a ticket open with our support devs and I hope to get this looked at and resolved ASAP. 

The tagging issue may be related. Once our dev clears the first issue, I'll do some more testing with tags in your forum and see if it persists.
