    I agree but who in the Rat party is calling for cutting spending? The public doesn't have the balls to support cuts in spending. You can't even cut the rate of growth in a Federal program without a liberal Kunt like HC crying about how you're "gutting" the program.

    No one but 3 or 4 in congress are calling for actual cutting spending (not just cutting spending growth). And those get called big meanies who hate proor people and seniors and the blacks.
