Most people I know that believe in entitlement reform have no axe to grind with the black community and want entitlement reform across the board. Anyone who just doesn't want black people to access welfare is a blatant racist. No argument there. But that is hardly a pillar position of the conservative movement.

I'm pretty clear, as are many others, that there is A LOT of poor white trash in this country sucking on the government.

There are actually more whites on welfare than blacks but the guy is such a fucking bigot when he thinks of Welfare he thinks of black people and that's why he called Welfare reform racist.

Bob lies and uses "welfare went up 25 billion during Clinton" which not only lacks context. It doesn't take into account the fact that welfare reform was later in Clinton's term. It also is fully disingenuous and a lie.

This increase in Welfare spending came about despite the fact that millions of people left the welfare rolls after welfare reform was enacted and because the Gingrich economy was booming setting what was at the time historical low rates of unemployment.

Fewer people on welfare and yet welfare spending increased by $25 Billion from when Clinton took office. Yeah they "gutted" it.
