What a dumb fuck. He could have used his celebrity lawyer status to make a shit ton of money over his life, but he tries to extort one of the 100 biggest companies in the world.
The bar tends to look down on that. Most censures are for stupid shit like misusing the client escrow account, but every now and then someone will sleep with both sides in a divorce or opposing counsel, or trick an old lady into signing over her will while fucking her granddaughter. But extortion of a Fortune 500 company, leading to a $1.50 stock price drop is pretty fucking rare.
He asked them to hire him for $25 million or he would cause Nice stock price to tumble.
