Interesting info. I watched the video originally and wondered why the windshield on the shooters car didn't break. I am not a video expert. Nor do I believe this but it has a few salient points. The lack of certain reactions on being hit with bullets is valid. A head shot from a high velocity 5.56mm round is usually a really messy thing.
