I don't like Woodward but right now he's a salesman. He's gotta pump up the progress Sark made for this program to sell it to other prospective coaches.

I'll give him a pass on this one. The narrative has to be that Sark built this to great heights so this job appears attractive.

There is a chance Woodward is actually letting this play out right. The buyout relief makes this whole trade (i.e. going after Mora) a lot easier financially. New stadium, too. Probably knew Sark would ruin the new furniture.
