For rill though, cold fusion will become a reality before a single mile of GND track gets built. Take all the screenshots you need.

California is free to support its own land use policies however it’s voters see fit. What’s your problem?

Feinstein is a fed as is the House. HTH

Protecting the Mojave while trashing it with windmills seems to be a contradiction to anyone with half a brain

    That's the point

Yes I get you are a snowflake and windmills offend you.

I agree with the idea of the GND in pushing the country to innovate green energy better than we have. The rollout was shitty. And really we need to push more on China and India or else what we don't won't really have an effect.

The point is. The US has been a leader in innovation the last 100 plus years and that's why we are the most productive nation in the world. We should also be a leader in innovating renewable energy. We should also include nuclear given technology is way better now and we know better methods to dispose is the waste.

Ok I answered your question, now answer mine. Why do you think we shouldn't push renewable energy innovation?

Wish you losers would let people innovate on their own instead of using the government to prop up shitty technology that the Dutch have had for centuries.

Nice rational well thought out response. And here I was thinking you'd be fucktarded.

I'm not a snow flake and windmills don't offend me

    Fuck off

Carbon scales for the planet. Renewables are fine but not at the scale needed to replace carbon. And not at the expense of the environment we are allegedly protecting

    How fucking stupid are you?

Its either WW2 and the crises of our generation or it isn't. If it is then China is vital to the point of attacking them like WW2

    But its not.

Nice meaningless talking points you spit out. Gutless as always

So are you opposing desert protection or wind farms? The Mojave is huge. If voters were concerned they would take action. Why are you so triggered? Why don’t you start an initiative? Collect signatures. Voice your outrage.

Yes those are the definitely the words of someone who isn't offended.

I'm stupid but you are saying we shouldn't do anything because it's not a crisis. And if it is a crisis then we should attack China. Yes rational words right there.

Might as well not even play the game POTD

He’s pointing out the leftists hypocrisy. He doesn’t give a fuck about the desert. Surprised you didn’t know that. Are you knew?

    HTH.
He failed miserably in the attempt. There is no conflict between wind farms and desert priorectionother than from imbeciles who don’t know any better. Surprised you didn’t see that.

But it’s not about that. It’s about public perception, not experts or desert “priorectionother’s.” When people drive to Palm Springs and the see windmills as far as the eye can see, expect push back. Perception is reality. If science mattered the energy system would be all hydro and nuclear.

Don't tell me you are offended why windmills too?

Do you prefer driving through seeing a giant plant with smoke billowing out of it over windmills? Or is the sight of giant nuclear reactors pleasant? How about dams raising the level of water? Are they pleasant to the eye?

If you want to get energy from thin air I'd love it. But if your knock on windmills is they are unpleasant to the eye and people push back, then your are more fucktarded than I thought.

With all due respect, what push back? Wind farms are not a hot button issue in California at all. Also, Palm Springs is in the Coachella Valley, not the Mojave desert. They are two completely different and distinct economies. Wind mills could be perceived as a blighting factor in the Coachella. They are imperceptible in the Mojave.
