The silent generation is arguably king of the last century. Tougher and more independent than the generations that followed, and creators of the backbone of most of todays critical technologies. I'd be the first to admit that us boomers, and on, have had it relatively easy. Also, regardless of accomplishments, those of us in Boomer and Gen X generations are to blame for the mostly petulant, soft and ignorant generations that have followed. That's a major fail in my book. -
