    I did rowboat in fall of 2005 to get in shape for spring rugby. I was clearly a novice.

    He didn’t even look that tired at the end. I used to roll off the erg on to the floor and die on the spot ever time.

    Yeah he makes it look easy although he was in a world of pain no doubt. Dude is 6’8”. Physics are on his side.

    A couple years back I was doing roughly 1:50 / 500 meter splits for 5k meters. My best was an 18:15 5k. Felt pretty good about that, but was feeling it at the end pretty bad. This guy is a freak.

    What's yer age approximately @BleachedAnusDawg ? 18:15 is a very respectable old guy 5K. I can't do it a present but I'm old with 2 young kids and way out of shape.

    Should add that was on a Concept2 with the setting at the high level for resistance.
