Welcome to the Hardcore Husky Forums. Folks who are well-known in Cyberland and not that dumb.
Could this be a great day....
....... for Husky Football? Got home late yesterday and just read The Seattle Times Sark to USC rumor on-line. Could it really be true that our hopes and wishes have been answered somehow and that in a few hours, SarkBall as we've known it, will be gone taking with it a chapter in UW football history many of us would love to forget?
If Sark announces today a decision to leave Husky Football for Trojan glory, will Woodward have enough football steels to boot Sark's ass down the road immediately and appoint an interim head coach to most importantly complete the current recruiting season as well as direct the program though the Huskies' upcoming bowl game? I hope so for there should not be any of this bullshit allowing Sark to neglect SC football like he was allowed to neglect UW after Woodward hired his lazy ass following the 2008 season just to diss Husky Football for two months.
This may be putting the cart ahead of the Trojan horse, but who would be a suitable interim Husky head coach to finish out the season while the search for Sark's permanent replacement goes on? Wilcox, Tui, someone else?
I feel almost excited....... for a few hours at least. And by the way, the next UW president or athletic director who hires a football coaching or athletics department clown with USC in his or her resume........ gets hung in effigy complete with tar and feathers from the pedestrian overpass in front of Hec Ed.
