We've been over this Race. Obama inherited a deficit over a trillion dollars in the middle of the worst recession in 80 years and cut it in the ballpark of 2/3. Trump took a deficit in the ballpark of $600 billion during the longest period of expansion and raising it to over a trillion dollars.

Hondo doesn't hold Obama responsible for any of the deficit that he "inherited" despite the fact that Obama voted in favor of and then signed into law the two biggest budget items in the 2009 FY.
