The left in an attempt to run interference for the Rats is now trying to call simply dressing up in Confederate uniforms racist.

They would all be democrats. Remember democrats voted not to free the slaves. Republicans freed the slaves. Thousands died doing it.

The political dynamic of a century-and-a-half ago is your go to. Were you a Republican or a Democrat back then?

Interesting. So you want credit for an era in which the GOP was liberal and admirable, but you’re only a GOP voter now that the GOP is a Right Wing shit show.

I don’t care about Mississippi or anyone in it. Past or current. At all. Why would I? I subsidize their idiocy. Who are you going to save next with my money out of the goodness of your heart?

@HillsboroDuck excluded. He’s really from West Seattle.

They dynamic hasn't changed all the much. Rats believed they were entitled to the labor of others then, they believe the same thing now.

With some the word liberty may mean for each man to do as he pleases with himself, and the product of his labor; while with others the same word may mean for some men to do as they please with other men, and the product of other men’s labor. Here are two, not only different, but incompatible things, called by the same name — liberty. And it follows that each of the things is, by the respective parties, called by two different and incompatible names — liberty and tyranny.

Lincoln saw you leftist fucks for what you were over 150 years ago.

The GOP supported gay marriage and stealing the labor of others in order to give it to people who didn't earn it? Got a link Kunt? This is a valid as your claim that you didn't defend Liz Warren you fucking liar.

If Mississippi (and all other the redneck states of the former CSA) still insist on enslaving blacks, persecuting women and purloining from Mexicans, what’s the point of wasting time, money and human lives stopping them?

Why do progressives and liberals insist that wasting more money from California, and attempting to provide Jethro and lurleen greater access to education, will reform the ignorant masses of American white trash?

It’s a colossal waste. Abraham Lincoln’s heart was in the right place but he fucked up.

You’ll never deprive me of my right to dissociate from this immoral calamity.

“There is no doubt that the Republican Party has become nativist, isolationist, protectionist and this is the agenda of the John Birch Society and the Know Nothings, not … Ronald Reagan’s party, which is what I joined up for.” - Chris Vance

blob is like the true believer who has memorized one Bible verse and has no ability to take his study any further. This great respect for labor does not extend to treating labor as generously as capital.

    Yes and no.

In the context of today's social mores and beliefs, clearly not a good look for an all-white fraternity to be sporting.

35, 40 years ago...different standards. Held through the prism of 1980 southern frat boys - pretty normal. hell, some of the antics of pretty much any college male circa 1980 and prior would be grounds for some for of 'isms these days.

There needs to be some delineation and weighted average applied to the heinous nature of actions in the past.

What are you talking about O'Keefed? I'd get ridd of the income tax entirely and or reduce the top marginal income tax rate to no more than 15%. I have great respect for labor and unlike you I feel no entitlement to the labor of others.
