As an aging creaky kneed former athlete I decided to do a 7 week vertical jump program just to see what little left I have in the tank.
Day 1 test was....17 inches. I'll check back in time for the spring game with my progress.
That’s pretty bad. I never had hops but was hitting 27”. That was a long time ago, but still.
Roaddawg I am 6'5" 260 lbs. Former Army Ranger and college basketball player. You really don't want any in real life. You are little more than a cowardly pussy.
Andre B is the fastest, most jumpingest guy to ever to get tripped at the 2 when he had a clear path into the end zone in a NY6 bowl game because he a) cannot avoid opponents in the field of play and b) literally never broke a tackle last year (shoutout to @LaMichael_Corleone).

You'd think a guy that explosive could muster a long touchdown from time to time even if a breath of wind could knock him down.

Well, based on his film, no - I wouldn’t. 😂
He doesn't have that knack like Rome Odunze, that's for sure.
I don't follow the combine numbers close enough to know which positions should excel at what, etc, but it seems like you want your RB's to be good in the shuttle drill and not have them lose to a white QB and not even place in the top-5. Why didn't Ahmed place in anything other than running in a straight line?
