So far Darrell Royal and Sark remain the only two head coaches to move to another school. Worked out great for Texas with Royal and Sark worked out great for us by leaving.UWhuskytskeet said:

I just don’t want it to get to a point where our whole MO is too outscheme and outsmart the other team. That said, some halftime adjustments would be nice.Meek said:

Mostly I just want Jimmy (ILTCHJ) focusing on being a Headcoach and recruiting... Kwat is fully capable of developing the Xs and Os scheme stuff on defense and Jimmy needs to hire a self sufficient OC.RoadDawg55 said:

If Jimmy tries to hang on to the DC stuff AND do all the bullshit that a headcoach has to do its much more likely to end up a disaster. -
