We pass new laws that say you cannot employ or rent housing to illegals. If caught here and you are illegal you may not apply to become a citizen in the USA for 15 years. If you commit a crime we contract with Mexico and you can serve your time in a Mexican prison and never be allowed citizenship in the USA.
They'll rapidly self deport. We forcibly deport the rest. Round 'em and ship 'em out!
We can allow an ample number to enter on work permits to provide agricultural labor etc. But if they violate the roles they're out. If they're good maybe we provide an incentive regarding citizenship.
They get in line like everyone else. We can't reward them for coming illegally. The increase came because our rumors of amnesty. No amnesty. Ever again.

And all the walls and fences in DC around the house and state plus their offices. No security check points. We can pretend those exterior walls around Senate and House offices don't exist.
