He's a really good coach. He's not a great coach. He never beats anyone worth a damn, never did it at TT, never does it at WSU. He relies on completely shit non conference schedules (like UW's this year coming up, yes) and consistently beating the bottom tier of his conference to prop up high win totals.whatshouldicareabout said:

And yes I know Pete has struggled to win big games at UW. Look at both of their total HC careers side by side and Pete has stacked a hell of a lot more big wins than Leach has.
Leach is perfect for WSU and they're lucky to have him, but his politics aren't the only reason no one's hired him away from WSU yet. -
