Interesting. I also thought it was weird in Spokane county. They don't test diesels made after 2007. Like you can still take the shit off and it still smokes. Which is good for me. I guess they could ticket me still if it's rolling coal, which mine doesn't.

Actually. I don't think the state of Washington program for emissions is the same as Medicare in the federal government. I could be wrong tho. Maybe I just need to be more highly educated like you are.SFGbob said:
