    The Throbber has advocated states rights before and been lambasted as racist and elitist. That it’s not fair to the impoverished if their state outlaws abortions. Don’t like it? Just move.

    The thing I don’t like about a ‘loose’ confederacy is the potential loss of the protections afforded in the Constitution. Who’s to say each nation state doesn’t come up with an entirely different bill of rights ( or lack thereof)?
