Since the DL class on the west coast is so weak next year I've been trying to look for options outside the normal recruiting grounds. There's a dude in fucking Connecticut called Lamar Goods who has a bunch of SEC offers, but it appears he's originally from Calgary. If he has family there and wants to be actually close to home and not Kaho close to home, he might be someone worth going after. Obviously none of our coaches are following him though.
Just bumped into a big time football source. Has some very good info on who UW will likely target for 2020. We already have threads on most these guys. But there are a few who havent been brought up yet.

I love Xavier Carlton's tape but we don't get black DL. Also, a borderline 5 star WR from Florida? Wtf?
He is 6'6+ and growing he is not going to end up playing DL if Utah Fucks it up there is a chance.
I feel the same on Manuel, but all signs are pointing to us recruiting him. Coach Pete is going to finally set Will Harris and Junior Adams loose. They wouldn't waste time on a Florida guy if they aren't going all in.

No way we get Carlton, McGlothern, Butterfield or Manuel and I wouldn’t bet on Keanaiana either.
That list is bogus.
If we don't get Butterfield our QB will be Haener 2.0.
I am most confident in Keanaiana. Poly DL, his Poly name is Ikiaka. He is exactly who I imagine Malloe was at 17. And he is currently 100% crystal balled to ND with Todd Lyght recruiting him. Oh and he loves wake surfing. Guess who drives a wake boat to work? Lyght making it to easy for Lake to screw him.
Always interesting to read Caple’s work when he dives into recruiting. Wish he did more cause he’s probably got the best sources inside the building out of all the beat writers. Anyways here’s the five he listed and did short write ups on.

When the fuck we getting some 2020 woofs???
Up for some random sexual encounters though
For comparison ESPN now has Justin Flowe as the sole west class kid in their top 13 players
247 has six west coast kids in their top 11 players
