Using the article from ESPN, we have the following:
Moves to Pac-12:
QB Devon Modster, UCLA to Cal
TE Jalen Harris, Auburn to Colorado
OL Nathan Eldridge, Arizona to Oregon State
DB Isaiah Humphries, Penn State to Cal
Moves out of Pac-12:
QB Jack Tuttle, Utah to Indiana
QB Ross Bowers, Cal to ???
LB Oluwole Betiku Jr., USC to ???
LB Jaelan Phillips, UCLA to ???
Looks like most of the transfer portal activities are in the Big 10 (Illinois has 9 entries already which is more than the entire Pac-12) and the ACC (Miami has 4). Going through the list, only 3 players look to be any good and the rest are just taking demotions. So probably not much of an impact in 2019, and hard to say if it will have any in the Pac-12. Might be interesting to see if there are any policy changes coming with it, such as when coaches get hired by other schools and whatnot.
