I think this was the first game I watched in it's entirety all season.
Don't remember seeing Bey get playing time before. He was unspectacular. Nowell is impressive in how he doesn't get frustrated in a bad shooting game and still lets the game come to him. Hate Mattisse didn't get a steal, announcers jinxed him early.
Naz is very good when his shot is going down, which was basically tonight and...well tonight yeah. If he could shoot like that consistently we could be a tourney team. Ditto Crisp but I have more faith in Naz lol.
Defense was the story, steals, blocks, tips and taking charges (including the abomination of a double foul, pussy refs). That kind of defensive effort will take us pretty far in this shit conference. Still hard to get excited about the offense.
Would love to see Naz follow this up with a big game against Colorado but it feels like he's ready for a 2-11 five point performance. Prove me wrong Naz!
Fyi @HillsboroDuck if you don’t think Oregon who lost to Texas Southern and UCLA who lost by double digits to Liberty aren’t horrible basketball then I can’t help you.

UCLA's a different team after axing Alford. They've had a horrible season but they're not a horrible team. They'll be trouble in conference.

He’s too tentative right now but he can score the ball. He’s just not physically mature enough right now but you can the frame.
