Not innovating and doing everything to nickel and dime your customers has consequences. You can't even upgrade your RAM on new macbooks. It's soldered in. And don't even think about repairing your own computer or phone. It's a violation of your warranty. Then there was the elimination of ports just to sell a conversion cable for $20 a pop and the practice of planned obsolescence by designing new OS updates to run poorly on older models. Fuck them. Tim Cook is a sjw faggot, but that isn't why Apple is going down.

Their marketing was genius. They used the phrase, something to the effect as 'rated number one in customer service.' The way it was presented though was 'this shit won't cause you any problems.' Shortly after the mass consumption of apple products, the term 'genius bar' entered the lexicon. Not a huge fan.

Hate to tell you this. Apple became a trillion dollar company with those ideals at the heart of their product. Are you old enough to remember one click mouse?
