It does have to be crossing Mario's mind about agreeing to the 10 million buyout though. No way he could have seen Richt bailing on Miami this year, but he's had to think about "what if" this morning.
Could Jimmy Lake be in play? His buyout is only 1.6 million which Miami could/would swallow if they wanted him. -

Richt left Miami on his own. Wasn't fired which means Miami doesn't owe him the rest of the money in his contract so they can afford a big buyout.
