    No doubt it's true. From the sheer number of of illiterate dirt farmers we've imported into this state in the last 20 year alone that number would be accurate. The poverty rate in this state is either the highest or one of the highest of any state in the nation, that's not an accident. Millions of people with no education who do not speak the language.

    Explains what exactly? Why Trump got so many votes in California? You do realize the a higher percentage of college graduates vote Democrat now, right? But other than that, analysis is spot on.
