If the border wall is so necessary for the security of our country. Why is Congress threatening to shut down over the issue? You'd think all the Republicans would be able to get the border wall funding passed.

Because the Dems need to get their base in Cali, Arizona, Texas and New Mexico on board and put pressure on their elected representatives in both countries where they cast their ballots.
