Somehow, they'll just fuck this up, too. There's no helping the salmon at this point. All the recovery efforts attempted so far don't seem to have done anything to improve returns.

WDFW is a clown show, and anything that involves them AND the feds is bound to be a bigger clown show.

I hope they have lethal removal teams in guide boats at Willamette Falls when the springers come in. Sea lion grabs your fish, it get shot in the face. I'd think that was pretty cool.
