Since the moment this man has arrived at USC... our players have looked underdeveloped, SOFT, and physically over-matched every time we step on the field.
Comparing the size, conditioning, and strength of our players to Ohio State and Alabama was embarrassing. OSU and Alabama's linebackers were/are bigger and more physically stout than our entire defensive and offensive lines put together.

USC hasn't had a real strength and conditioning coach since Chris Carlisle walked out that door in 2009. And it's shown every year since.

It also needs to be mentioned that during the off-season, the strength and conditioning coach spends more time with the players than the actual position and head coach does. This is usually the time when not only are these players bodies are developed for the season... but it's also the time when the TONE and culture of a team is established that will carry onto the season. It's not only time for Ivan Lewis to be handed his walking papers but it's also time for USC to INVEST in a national championship level S&C program and coach.
Ivan Lewis...
